I am delighted that you are applying for the 5-month bespoke healing program for successful women over 40 who are ready to welcome and experience health, happiness and purpose: Bounce Back From Burnout scholarship!  This scholarship is a $5000 value. This scholarship does not include the $500 - $900 cost of the pre and post Comprehensive Blood Panels. 

The recipient of the scholarship will be announced at the LIVE Bootcamp during the last session on Friday, July 22nd . Your application must be submitted prior to the deadline and you must be present at the LIVE Bootcamp on Friday, July 22nd to accept the scholarship award.

I feel you thinking… YES, you absolutely have to be present at the LIVE Bootcamp to receive the award.  No exceptions. If you are not present when the winner is announced then the scholarship will be awarded to another deserving woman.

IMPORTANT! In order for your application to be considered complete, you must follow these directions carefully.
